WARRANTY CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS
STEP ONEVisit and Review the applicable Troubleshoot Guides in the Download Center at the bottom of this page. After reviewing and diagnosing the issue, Download the Warranty Claim Form below. STEP TWOFill out Warranty Claim Form. Make sure you fill this out in entirety. Sign and date the form. Any fields left unanswered might delay the warranty process. STEP THREEEmail the completed Warranty Claim Form along with a detailed written description of the issue you are experiencing to the email address below. Please type "WARRANTY" in the email header followed by your Company Name.
